What to know before connecting
HiGeorge works with major US banks such as Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Citibank, US Bank, PNC, plus hundreds of community banks and credit unions. If your bank offers online banking, it almost certainly works. Search by name during onboarding to confirm.
George categorizes transactions using the merchant name, transaction code, and your past spending patterns. For recurring vendors, it saves your choice from the initial categorization. Accuracy improves with use. You can correct categories anytime, and George learns from those changes.
